Experienced research institutions wanted! We're looking for qualified partners to design and implement a comprehensive school-based assessment that will provide critical insights for public health programming.

Deadline for proposal submission: 9, January 2026, 23:59 EST (Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.)
Instructions for proposal submission: Applicants are required to submit the following documents: (1) Project Narrative in Microsoft Word format and (2) Proposal Budget in Microsoft Excel format, using the attached templates. Project narratives must use 1-inch margins and a minimum font size of 12. Project narratives must NOT exceed 10 pages. Specified word limits for sections of the project narrative must be followed. Applicants will submit the above mentioned documents via email attachment to Ms. Rebecca Chase (rchase@healthsecuritypartners.org) and Ms. Yurniati (yurniati@healthsecuritypartners.org) with the subject line: “RFP | BIAS School-based Assessment | [Your Organization Name]”
